Wiess Visiting Professorship

Each year, the department invites mid-career and distinguished senior scientists with a demonstrated history of creativity and leadership for the Wiess Visiting Professorship.  The duration of the visiting professorship position can be anywhere between one month and a full academic year. The department provides office space and a generous stipend for living and transportation costs.  Visiting professors are expected to participate actively in the synergistic intellectual environment of our department.  Applications are currently being accepted.
