Biographical Info

I am a third-year master's student in structural geology and geophysics at Rice. My thesis research concerns the exhumation and deformation of mantle in slowly-spreading passive margins. My professional goals range from hydrocarbon exploration to environmental consultation. I am also interested in K-12 STEM pedagogy, life on early Earth and other planets, and the intersection of geological data with new technologies (machine learning, photodigitization, 3D printing, etc).
