AAPG – Rice Industry Geoscience Series (RIGS)

This is flagship event of AAPG Rice student chapter which aims to promote Rice-Industry interaction and showcase the flavor of research at Rice.  The event is scheduled for three consecutive Fridays, September 16th, 23rd, and 30th, 4:00-5:00 PM.

16th September  (for Rice students only)  – Career Info session  + Resume Review session

3:30 – 4:00 PM – Coffee and Snacks – Earth Science Library – 2nd Floor

4:00 – 5:00 PM – Career info Session –  Room 100 Earth Science Building (Interaction with Industry Professionals)

5:00- 7:00 PM – After event networking – Earth Science Patio (beverages and snacks)

23rd September – 3 student talks followed by networking session over some snacks and beverages
